Coverage focuses on operating coasters at major United States theme parks, with emphasis on rides that draw out-of-state visitors and feature on regional travel itineraries. Closed and seasonal-only coasters are included where they appear in the source data, with their status flagged on the detail page so trip planners can avoid wasted drive time.

If a coaster is missing or its stats look out of date, the underlying records were drawn from public sources at the time of the last seed. Stats can shift slightly between operating seasons as parks adjust train weights, restraint hardware or block-brake settings. For a definitive figure on opening day, the operator's own park map and ride sign remain the most up-to-date reference.
